I get in between 730-8 and leave between 3-5. If I don’t have anything left to do or can do after 3 then I usually leave.
My boss doesn’t like people sticking around just to stick around, which is nice.

I can’t say that I’ve ever heard of someone that had to be at work at 9am.
Wake up around 8:00. Sometimes snooze until 8:30 or so. Look over emails from bed. If anything needs to be handled right away, I handle it during that time from home. That might be nothing, might mean an hour of pre-work work from home. Feed the pets, get dressed and ready, make my lunch, etc. Take my time getting out.
When I arrive to the actual office varies. Sometimes 9. Sometimes 10. All depends on if I spend time working at home first. Typically 9.
During slow season, I rarely stay late. Never leave pressing work undone, but a lot depends on correspondence with others. Right now is busy season, so I stay much later. Tonight I was there until 7:00 and then continued working on things when I got home. Sometimes I'm out by 3:00pm and might not have anything important for the rest of the day.
I will put out fires and answer emails well into the night, as needed. I'd much rather fire off quick-answer emails at 10:00PM than feel stressed to get to the office at the crack of dawn due to a stack of unread emails.
