I am divorced and 32. If you have a decent job and are not unfortunate looking, you can clean up on the 25-30 year old group. Especially nurses, they seem to be everywhere and love to party.

I found women were attracted to me (I'm tall and relatively athletic) because I had a "good job" and was stable. Most of the girls I dated found it refreshing that I had my shite together.

Yeah if I divorced I'd spend my money making sure my kids kept the same lifestyle they are used to. Keep paying private school, insurance, home expenses, etc. I wouldn't be poor but not balling either

It was true for me 20 years ago, I dated women in their 20s to the about 50, and had the time of my life for several years.
When talking about having some money, that means you have a steady job, are not living with your mom, have enough income to go out to eat once in a while eat, or a concert, and maybe do a weekend get away to the beach. I never encountered a woman that was expecting anything more than that. The women that are looking for a fat bank account are smart enough to figure out who those people are and if it is not you, you probably wont have to cross paths with them.

Absolutely. But you don't need money like to be their sugar daddy or anything. But having money to take women on dates, do fun shite like Saints Games or weekend get aways, etc. is imperative.
I have been trying to tell friends for few years now the quality and quantity of 35-50 yr old single educated moms on dating apps has been blowing up. You don't have to go sit at bars and hope to meet a chick on a Thursday night at Superior Grill like in the 90s.
Even shitty arse POF app went from fat trailer whores in 2011 to some decent bitches by 2015. Bumble is obviously much better. So yes. Your friend is correct.
