What is the Louisiana law about how long you have to be separated with 2 small kids before divorce is granted?Infidelity is not an issue.

Count on 12 months after physically separating then 2 more for legal system to completely finalize it.

Change your locks, if the other party returns unilaterally then the clock resets. Doesn't matter if you have proof that you did not consent.
