I don't know your religious beliefs but recently a woman at my bible study told the group something and it stuck with me:
"God doesn't give you grace to handle tomorrow's worries or next week's worries or next month's worries or next year's worries. He gives you enough grace to get through today. And this grace renews daily."
ETA:
A friend recently recommended this to me....it's a Christian site called DivorceCare. You can sign up for daily emails they will send to you. Just stuff to offer a daily bit of encouragement. Some will apply to your situation, some may not. It's been helpful to me.
