Visited NYC for the 3rd time back in Feb 2020 (didn’t catch Covid either). It was visibly dirtier with more homeless than years before.
The decline was already underway. It’s only accelerating with the spike in crime, defunding of police, and mandatory/forced shut down of businesses.

I know multiple nyc refugees that fled that shithole last month. They have delusions of returning shortly but they will be disappointed. Their communist mayor is a fraud and is doing his best to destroy a once great city.
