I'm tired of the negative news:
Distillery will convert to making ethanol and mixing with glycerin and other ingredients to produce hand sanitizer and sanitizing spray. Hand sanitizer will be free to general public.

Several distilleries are doing this. It’s a really great thing they are doing. I hope people support these businesses even more once things turn around.

Am I the only one wondering why nobody is bothering to just use soap and water?

Old Fourth in Atlanta is doing this as well. I think it’s aloe Vera gel and ethanol.

Can I drink it?
Only if you want to go blind. It's made from the heads, so it's got a high ethanol content, but also all the low boiling stuff that tastes like arse and all the poisonous stuff that can frick you up real bad if you drink it.
I read an article on this and it's stuff that distilleries might use as cleaners around the distillery to use up the byproducts to avoid throwing them away completely.

Lazy Magnolia is doing this. In Kiln Mississippi.

For the same reason they've spurned tap water for that stuff in a bottle that leaves ten million clear plastic bottles on the side of the road.

I’d rather disinfect from the inside out.
