There are fat people or fatties, but there are the morbidly obese.

During my surgical internship, we had to perform a 'panectomy'. Basically the 'panus' is the fat that overhangs the waist, this obese monster's panus was so large that there was not enough blood flow to the tip of the panus and was becoming necrotic. We had to literally cut the panus off, we hauled away over a hundred pound of fatty necrotic tissue that day. Still has PTSD from that experience.

Trying to get Beach Club or Boardwalk for the marathon since it's so close to Epcot though

If you're not AP holders and booking a package, you will have to make sure you have tickets the day of the races to be able to walk from the finish back to your resort.

If you're going for a week+, adding those two days is cheap, but if it's only a short trip, those two extra days can be expensive.

You won't want to be doing my park time after the half or full. With a 3 am wake up, if I am awake after the marathon all I can manage is some pool time util dinner....then, it's off to Hoop De Do

I do the walk between Epcot and Hollywood Studios a lot too. I don't really find you save much time waiting for the boat that does that route.

We're staying at AKL Jambo this September. I wish there was a walkway to Animal Kingdom from there.

Walking is definitely faster. From the turnstiles at Hollywood studios to the turnstiles at te international gateway (cutting through the clown pool at the boardwalk), it's a little over a mile.

The boat takes a good bit longer than 20 minutes with all the stops and almost every time you have to wait on the boat anyway.

By being able to walk to animal kingdom really makes it one f the easier walking parks. The layout is kinda crazy and you're usually all over the place, but with a close bus stop and no way to walk to/from it really helps

If you can walk your fat arse to the buffet then don't clog up the walkways and the lines with your scooters.

The fatness in this place is disgusting. People have given up on living. I wonder why the healthcare system is so expensive in the country. Go ahead and kill yourself before diabetes does it. It would save us all a lot of money.

Yep, teach our kids to eat their way to the front of the line to only find out they can't fit in the seat.....

Brought up to him about the need for more charging stations since WDW

Well having a android product, I just bring spare batteries and swap them. I guess you iPhone people could carry a back-up charger. They work well.

I was so tired from Disney that I took the weekend and today off to rest.

I think the new system makes the standby lines longer. Also it really sucks for park hoppers. I used one fastpass in Animal Kingdom expecting to use the other two in Hollywood. But that didn't happen.
Also the line to see the Frozen princesses was over three hours long.
I just walked by the door and picked each girl up so they could get a glimpse and gave them the option to sit outside in the sun for three hours or go ride rides. Rides won.

I got the five year old on every roller coaster except the dinosaur one and Aerosmith due to her only being 45" tall.
She screams and holds her arms up the whole time. She also made us ride the Yeti three times in a row. Causing her older sister to get sick.
Both loved Space mountain. I was glad that like me Big Thunder Mountain was their first roller coaster.
Neither liked the tower of terror, the five drops we had got me too.

But I didn't ride coasters until I was seven, so I was kind of proud.

I did put the kids in a stroller so I could run them around the park. Yes I am that guy guy running through crowds while the electric light parade is on. Upset that splash mountain was closed. Though we did make the mistake of riding Kali River Rapids as our first ride on the first day.. We all had to buy head to toe disney outfits after.

I see......entitled fat frick way too close to death (or the missing of the next two for one bacon burger) to be bothered with nuisances like waiting in lines like the rest of us that work out, watch what we eat, and would give up a nut, toe, or ear before we got so gosh damn fat and out of shape such that we risked running over the toes of the innocent in our fat mobiles to keep from waiting in line to ride an Aerosmith sponsored roller coaster.

There is a park in Ohio, Cedar Point, that makes the seats smaller on most coasters so fat people can't ride. They have seats in front of every ride, if you don't fit you can't ride. Disney is mostly lap bars.

good advice. Already taken care of. We'll be in the parks those days for celebratory drinks at the rose and crown.

That really blows... but I normally try to stay in one park a day b/c of little kids and strollers and it being a huge pain in the arse to pack all that shite up leave and come back or go to another park

We walked past a DVC set up in Animal Kingdom and they had pictures of people staying at a resort and looking over the giraffes and the girls decided that they want to stay there next time.
IMO, I enjoy Disney but it's not a relaxing vacation. Next Mardi Gras I think we will do a family all inclusive in Mexico. This Disney trip was expensive, but we did save in some areas. We stayed off property at the Palms, which was close enough to see the fireworks at night. We did pay 15 to park every day, but it was easier than the shuttles. We home based at Hollywood, as it closes first and we could always seem to park in the front row. Three times we came back to it, being the only car in the lot, and that made it easy to get out. The one day I parked at the TTC was a nightmare trying to leave. I parked once at Epcot as well, but we only stayed until 3.

I was ready to not enjoy the food at all. But everything we had was good. Mama Melrose in Hollywood was excellent for what it was, and showing up to Fantasmic five minutes before the show and having seats was so worth it.
The Castle, I expected it to be overpriced crap but the spareribs were among the best I ever had.

Then Victoria and Alberts was probably the best meal of my life. Everything was perfect. With the wine pairing (for her) and two old fashineds for me and adding the Wagyu it came out to be $330. Which wasn't that bad for the level of food and service.

Also took the kids to T-Rex and they really loved that place. Other than that it was all counter service, and everything was pretty good. The Lobster rolls at Harbor House, the nuttella waffles at Sleepy Hollow, the commissary..
The kids are happy with chicken nuggets or a simple salad.
I think the food was better than I remembered it when I was younger. Also Epcot had Rum Dole whips. What a treat.
We spent the least time in Epcot, and that was a shame, but there really isn't that much to do for younger kids once you rode all the rides.

Yes, but now whenever I go hiking, the crowds have started to thin out on the trails.

It certainly takes more time. We hit the most (or at least A) recommended park in the morning, then hope to a busier park after lunch to see the night time parade. When we arrive, we have our FP+ waiting for us.

Because we are just about always there when the park opens, we don't need any FP until after lunch anyway.

Were going for the first time in December for my birthday.

Our wait for Anna & Elsa was about 2 hours and 15 minutes, but that was when the characters started meeting at 11 am, not 9 am like now.

There are people making 8 am reservations for Akershus, with no intentions of ever going in the restaurant, just so they can get in the park at 8am and get in line.

One of the biggest advantages to NOT being on the dining plan is having more freedom to experience the stuff over at the Swan & Dolphin as well. BleuZoo, Shulas, Kimonos.

Since, we're "saving" on tickets in Sept being AP holders, we decided to try a few new things. Hitting rope drops are almost a necessity to get everything my daughter wants to do.

Although, she will be said to hear that Anna & Elsa have moved back to Arundel and ONLY come in for the new Magic Kingdom parade once a day.
