Because you're here saying it cannot be understood via message board, and that it wasn't a thing until January.

Both statements are simply wrong, and I and others have told you, multiple times, why they're wrong, yet you keep on with your "you just don't understand" schtick.

No, he just read a few paragraphs of Marx and Engels in college one time.

I never said it wasn't a thing till January. I said it didn't become a popular TD talking point till January.

And that 99% of people here only have an understanding of what it is from what they have read here.

Why wouldn't I be? "critical theory" covers all kinds of different subjects. It's all subjective horseshite, with CRT being the most toxic version of it, although CLS is a close second, with the goal of completely undermining the rule of law in this country.

Explain CLS, to the best of your ability.

Name 2 prominent CRT scholars.

People are taking you to task because blind acceptance of thinly-disguised racism is… still racism. No one likes that — except racists.

Nothing better when critical theory acolytes don’t recognize iits application in their own behavior.

Classic deflection. I've already said I can't. You've claimed you can.

Name 2 prominent CRT scholars. Identify 1 CRT book you have read.

I don't need to name two. Just one. Crenshaw. Reading her alone is going to let you understand all you need to know about CRT.

You don't need to name one. I asked you to name two.

What work of hers have you read? So "all you need to know" comes from one person? You don't think anyone has a slightly different understanding?

I see you haven't actually read Crenshaw.

Here's a hint: she is recognized as the foremost scholar and authority on CRT. She is the one who developed the idea of intersectionality.

CRT isn’t a “talking point”. Furthermore, it has been a topic f discussion on this board for years.

99% of the people here have a better understanding of everything, this included, than you.

How dare this country tries to make any alteration of law on the basis of seeing how biases has affected the way laws were initially set up.

I have.

This is like saying, "You can learn everything about Marxism from reading Marx." Or, "You can learn everything about capitalism from reading Adam Smith."

Again, what works of hers have you actually read? Have you read any other CRT works?
