Isn't every cartoon a caricature in some way? Pocahontas, Mulan, Coco, ......aren't the characters in those movies caricatures of the culture they are attempting to portray?
Read the reviews to Raya and the Last Dragon. The wokescolds spend 3/4 of the review denouncing the cast as pretty much a bunch of racists for not having every single voice actor as a South East Asian descent and not getting South East Asia completely on the money even though it's set in a fictional world. And then at the end of the review they have to reluctantly admit the movie is actually pretty good, but it doesn't change the fact that the people who made this film are a bunch of racists.

Whoa now....don’t be stating facts on here. We don’t tolerate that kind of nonsense on the OT.
Would anyone be talking about this shite 5 years ago. No, you don't give into the mob. Thinking like this is how we got to the insanity we now call a country.

What’s wrong here?
What’s wrong is the fact that people think this is even necessary. I was raised on all of these flicks, and at no point in time did they ever influence me. I never even considered it anything more than just entertainment. Matter of fact, I never once thought anything negative about Song of the South growing up. It was just a very endearing story of the south, that I was SOMEHOW ABLE to navigate through it and not become a racist or see something inherently evil in it, as it was something that depicted life from long ago.
What’s wrong is that these are all precursors to banning and reshaping American minds, and my mind is not their playground. I determine how I view things because I’m an American, as are the children growing up today. They don’t need anyone to sanitize life for them, shape their minds, or instruct them on how they should see things.
What’s really wrong though, is they place warnings on the content of children’s movies, but it takes one mouse click to have full access to porn on the internet as long as you click over 18 before you enter. The question being, what is more damaging to a child, a couple of crows doing a minstrel number, or BBC and Anal action on the internet? How about on just regular TV? Do these people even stop to consider the damage done showing the crap they show on regular television to children with no warning whatsoever, or is it just the cartoons from the 40’s,50’s, 60’s, and 70’s?
This isn’t about protecting children. This is about molding their minds and controlling them while they are young, because that’s the end game. You start when they’re young and through education, you can eventually control the entire population, and have them seeing things exactly the way you want them to see things, and that’s nowhere near a free people who think for themselves. That’s fricking Orwellian as it gets.

You should probably let religious conservatives know how strongly you feel about this.

I’m confused.
You weren’t a fan of Christian conservatives censoring or removing media? And you are or are not a fan of this progressive ‘book burning’ march? please clarify

To the best of my knowledge, they don’t control anything within the media, or the entertainment industry dominating the minds of young people, nor do they represent anyone within our educational systems shaping kid’s minds, and it’s not diversity of opinion on matters that bother me. I’m perfectly fine with that. I’m just not fine with an orchestrated and very consistent propaganda being pumped into education, American homes and through all of the tech industry to affect change in America through young people. I think it’s sick, and purely agenda driven. As an American, this makes me sick to my stomach. It should you as well, unless of course, you agree with it, and then that’s a whole other problem.

Why the hell do you have a child account with Disney+? Create an adult account so you can access all of the programming, you weirdo.

They're still on D+. Nice fake arse click bait headline.

Because they have so much power in the current cultural zeitgeist?

Are children under 7 capable of realizing/understanding said racism?

People shouldn't be giving 7 and under kids free reign to watch TV anyway. Boo hoo that you might need to click a couple more times to show them a movie.
Lazy frickers need to stop using the TV to babysit their kids.

Retarded liberal "logic," ladies and gents.

So they just moved them to another section in Disney+? This is a non-story.

Kids don't understand sex either but it's censored from their shows too. Why doesn't that bother you too? Why is being exposed to one thing ok when another isn't?
