IDK, most court clerks are gigantic fricking counts.

They deal with assholes like this guy everyday, I bet you wouldn't be very cheery either.

How does he know it took them 3 hours and they had to use a local Coinstar?

They wouldn't just let him walk in case he underpaid and he wouldn't take that risk, either.

If he left, they would have just mailed his overage and he wouldn't have been in position to decline it.

It's extortion and should be abolished. Just like every other monopoly the government has.

What an infantile lil bitch. Do the crime, pay the fine.

This dude can't take responsibility for his own actions, so he makes trouble for someone else who has nothing to do with it.

I think we should all do this when police are used as a means of generating revenue.

It sounds like NBC Chicago are the ones who reported the 3 hours at the Coinstar. I'm sure they called the County Clerk to get their side of the story

So why did they call him at the end of the video to tell him to come get his refund?

The video he was taking, right? As in he was still there?

Or is this a different video?

They are government workers. Not like they were doing anything important anyway.

That goes for the little Barney Fife that pulled him over too.

I'm calling BS on this. Unless there's some special law in Texas the DMV doesn't have to accept pesos.

Nah, man, it really happened... He was speeding 'cause he was gonna be late for work. That was the fifth time that week, and it was only Tuesday. He'd wasted most of his weekend smoking some Maui-Wowie wit labrador in it cause his dog ate his stash....

The craziest thing to me is getting a jury trial for a speeding ticket.

Gotta be careful pulling that smartass crap in these podunk towns.

If the clerk is kin to the judge, he'll have you arrested for contempt.

he sounds like a huge bitch...must post on TD

He is well known in Frisco and some of the surrounding suburbs. There is a message board for Frisco and he, BSanders, is a frequent poster there. There is a long thread on this topic and he's taking a beating. A simple Google search should find it.

Sanders is well known for stuff like this all in the name of "standing up to the Man". From what I've read, he is not well liked in Frisco, a very Conservative area where the TEA Party was popular.

The "poor" clerk should have known that she took a job in a place with a volitile customer base. If you don't plan to handle the swings in assholery, it's your own damn fault.
