"...it never takes 2 years for a divorce to happen.."

Apparently it does. There is a child involved as well which makes the divorce take longer because neither side wants to lose rights. We only recently "met" and have been talking texting for days and just met so I'm barely invested at all. I may just make it easy and tell her to call me when her divorce is final which should be the case in a couple of weeks.

Chic works at a business I frequent. Shes about 30 and a conservative OT-7.5. She has express a lot of interest and informed me that her husband works offshore 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off.

Ask the husband. Maybe they have an understanding.

No possible good upside.

1. Husband finds out and shoots you.
2. You wind up with a side piece who you know cheats.
3. Moral issues?

While the idea may be exciting and stroke your ego, do not do this. No possible good upside.

It will escalate if she likes you and nothing but trouble will come of it. Don't do it.

Seriously, this is some of the best advice I've seen on this board.

Either somebody has been there, done that or they have a great ability to predict potential outcomes.

can't comprehend that either.
why would you knowingly have sex with a woman that is married? You deserve whatever arse beatings life gives you if you do that.

It's one thing if you didnt' know she was married, nothign you can do about that.
But if you know she is, you're a piece of shite, plain and simple.

Meh, when you're young and stupid you make mistakes sometimes.

I did once. I had strong suspicions she was married but I never asked or confirmed before consummation. This guy clearly knows what he's getting into though. It's a bit different.

Believe that dumdass. I was the husband that had a Jody show up, and I had a 1yr old little girl. Took a total of 6mo to have everything completely done. 6mo is the designated time under Louisiana law unless you want to lie, and then it's less.

I thank god everyday for Jody. I have custody of my Daughter, a better job than I had before, and now the ex and Jody are split up with 2 kids of their own. Life is wonderful.

Go ahead big dog... Be the Jody. Frick that poon. Just make sure you keep snoopy in the raincoat. You are just another dick to this woman.

Pretty much nails it. My friend had one like that a few years ago, except this time the husband was out of state for a new job and building a new house. Seems that they didn't want the two young girls living out of a hotel room. Took about 10 months for the house to be done, all the while the husband only came home once a month or so. Guess what was happening the rest of the time...

To top it off, she had another kid less than 9 months after moving back up to VA with her husband. Looks like my friend may have dodged a serious bullet. Word has it that she went through a bitter divorce and remarried less than a year later. Word also has it that the new husband was tapping while she was with husband number one.

Moral of the story? A leopard never changes its spots.
