I have never been a fan of Diddy since the whole Police song stealing debacle and him basically building a career off of his "friends" death and legacy. I genuinely cant stand the guy. He is a grade A untalented scumbag but I continually find myself waiting and wondering when the proverbial other shoe is going to drop. I also ask myself if this were some regular Joe Schmo would it be a federal case? Everything I read says he had some twisted sexual fetishes but also it seems a lot of them were with consenting adults. I see the domestic abuse and he needs to have his dick cut off for that but is that part of the federal case? Where or when is the trafficking going to come to light? Admittedly I have not done a deep dive but please tell me what I am missing.

Yes, in fact it would be a federal case even quicker than this became one. If a cop receives video of a pimp beating and dragging one of his whores back into a motel room so she can finish performing a sex act that she did not want to do, he would be arrested for trafficking. Also, the male escort in this case, although consenting, is still breaking a prostitution law.

Yes, beating your gf is terrible. But that’s not what he’s on trial for. I’ve always found it odd when highly paid sex workers start talking about how insane and depraved something is when they’re sex workers

Whew, that’s horrific. He should be put down for that alone.
Do we know if that was anything other than just horrific domestic assault or whatever?
I’m having a hard time believing the girl was basically a kidnapped sex doll. It seems like, so far, these people had crazy sex and also Diddy deserves a long prison sentence for beating women.

Trafficking is a bit broader definition than most people realize. Reports he did this to others to pull them back into "freak offs" and used very large body guards to stand at the doors while threatening the careers of people if they didn't do what he said. Didn't say they couldn't leave, but made it very clear it wasn't an option.
There are also laws around threatening livelihood for sexual favors, which dozens of people have accused him of. Not sure that's trafficking, but that's what Fat Harvey did.

I think it’s outrageous that the kids are sitting through this in court. Imagine having to keep a poker face as your Dad’s freak off escapades are regaled in a court. I would of told my family members “Im sitting this one out”
