So he basically was found guilty of being a pimp.

I think John would be more appropriate, right?

This was the correct decision by the jury, not sure why they chose to go after Diddy.

He’s a POS but it was consenting adults.

So many colossal blunders by the government on this one. They were so weak in trying to establish the racketeering end and the human trafficking end. So now Diddy does a year in the FedPen....at most.

On a federal level prostitution is no joke. 10 years and two conviction. Judge could sentence him to 10 and run them concurrently.

Guy is an awful human being, but you can’t lock him up for that alone.

This will pass and empower him more than ever…….solution: just ignore it all

The thing is, now anyone who signs up to orbit his cult of personality has no excuse for not knowing. I have a lot less sympathy for anyone getting freaked on from the point he gets out of jail. It doesn't make it right but it is like if Madoff got off easy enough, candame out the other side, and someone gave him a few million to invest I wouldn't be crying tears for their losses.

I felt this way after the very first freak off.

This is a Biden appointed judge.
Anticipate the bare minimum sentence.

Held without bail until sentencing which will be several months away. I guess that previous attempt to skip the country weighed heavily in the decision to keep him in. Is it just the SDNY that takes so long to pass down sentences or all federal courts? I remember it being close to six months before Bankman Fried was sentenced in the same court.

craziest part to me is that there were guys out there getting paid hundreds and thousands of dollars to frick Cassie and Daphne Joy....

damn near every guy here would have done that for free

and Diddy is a fricking creep, but his roster is damn impressive

but as a 1st offense, with no priors, he's likely to get 1-2 years, with time served, so he very well could be free after sentencing.... depends on how this judge wants to play it...

personally, for beating the shite out of multiple women, he needs at least 5 years on each count.... but I ain't the judge
