Yes i did...which meant that in my opinion the crash was more likely due to other factors. My first thought was wet roads (which IMO would be a more common factor than texting while driving).
Texting while driving has become the new drunk driving. Show me statistics where texting causes more wrecks than road conditions, driver error, weather conditions, etc
