Doesn’t seem like everyone is coming down with it anyway. Also appears most who do are simply staying home as only those with breathing problems are getting admitted to the hospital. It begs the question as to why this is so horrible a bug if not everyone gets the worst case scenario.

Last week, I saw one of the medical guys (I think it was Fauci) saying that what would happen even if people actually cooperate and distance is a series of hills and valleys. What they are trying to achieve is keeping each hill below the hospital capacity line. Notice they keep saying 'flatten the curve.' A lot of people will end up getting it, just hopefully not all at the same time.

I should've phrased that better. Not everyone will come down with serious symptoms that require hospitalization. Our leaders were however warned that enough will and that number will overload our healthcare system if suppression measures are not taken. As far as how horrible it is well I guess that depends on your definition of horrible.
