In all seriousness, there is no way to know the extent of your injury without focused physical exam. Could be something like overuse but could also be rotator cuff or ligament tear.

Probably shouldn't be lifting twice a day, but what do I know.

Reverse Grip BP,

This alone tells me you have no idea how to work out, and you are asking for an injury.

your doctor will tell you "just deal with it. you don't want surgery"

I messed my shoulder up 5years ago. Because i ain't exactly young anymore it's steadily declining over the years, but it is not to a point of really requiring surgery.

and according to 3 different doctors I've seen, the recovery/rehab from shoulder surgery is absolutely brutal and painful with no guarantee of every actually being better than you were before surgery.

How's that? I try to read up on the lifts that I perform because other than standard high school football workouts back in the day, I've never really had experience in the gym. Reverse grip helps alleviate pressure on your shoulders while still hitting your chest and triceps. What's not to like about that? I do it on the smith machine as well for a little extra help

Epic FacePalm.

Seriously, just bench, DB bench, and dips. That's all you need for chest/triceps.

Keep barbell bench reps low/heavier weight, DB bench light/higher volume.

Stay away from the Smith Machine.

What do you mean by "dead arm"?

You know how when someone would knee you in that perfect spot on your thigh growing up, or frog you in the right spot and your arm would just feel like dead weight or your leg would feel like jelly for a second? That

Looks like classic case of not working out very smartly. Too much volume and no rest between working the same groups. You kind of deserve to get injured

Look on youtube for rotator cuff tear tests. I recently injured my supraspinatus on improper clean and presses. I quit them bitches.

The injury only bothers me when I bench and squat. I can't externally rotate and pull my lats down.

To bad you're too stupid to edit out the parts where you admit you over train, even when your body tells you by your shoulder giving out.

Your aren't helping by training the same group twice a day.

Get off the juice. It's obvious

I rarely ever work out twice a day. That's why I said "I decided to go back and do more". I just had extra energy and felt like I could get a little more work in. I also love how you're calling me stupid when you used the incorrect AND correct "too" in the same sentence...I didn't know it was possible to be that smart and that dumb in the same thought

First time this has ever happened, hence my desire to get feedback as to what may have happened

Again, I don't train twice a day.
