It is only a hole in the story if you assume that terrorists are all rational, smart, and methodical in the way they plan attacks. We have seen in the past that this is not necessarily the case, so it is within the realm of possibility that they were stupid enough to run a dry run with a good chance of raising suspicion.
umm... earlier you were praising them for being smart about planning their attacks. So which is it? You can't have it both ways to fit your story.

Respectfully, i couldn't disagree more. If these people don't want to be on an FBI watch list, then don't freaking walk into WalMart like you're part of a terrorist team.

You're ignorant if you think they aren't.
So I take it September 11th was planned on September 10th?
The London trains were bombed on a whim?
Okay.

They didn't walk into a Walmart like they were part of a terrorist team. You mis-analyzed the situation and assumed they did.

Damn that is the dumbest and most racial statement from you yet IMO.

link please? I stated that attacks by Al Qaeda that had multiple years of planning were usually well thought out. Never did i say that that is what I was possibly facing here. This would be more on the par of a Fort Dix style attack.

no you're right coke. Al Qaeda's new videos teach them to attract as much attention to themselves as possible before executing an attack.
You're missins the part where they attracted no attention.
Let's assume this WAS terrorists, and they WERE doing a test of sorts. They did nothing wrong. So even if they did get some attention, any number of things could have explained what they were doing (I'm looking for my friend in a checkout line, for example). Nothing these guys did was illegal, so you can chill with the "attract as much as attention as possible" bullshite. You're acting like I'm saying these guys went in WM and waved their hands around and jumped around yelling "We're trying to blow this bitch up next week!!!" Don't throw your illogical thinking into my arguments for me.

Because there probably wasn't nothing to see. This shite may have not even happened. Mother frickers throw stones at everyone on here for making false claims all the time, but this once it has to be true?
Maybe, maybe not. But I don't know GeneralLee or anything about him. So why is it a bad thing for me to take him at his word that he saw this happen? It's a pretty stupid thing to make up, no?
And what the frick makes me a bad guy because I think it's fricking plausible that this could have happened. Or that although it's more than likely that this was just two random guys meaning absolutely no harm, it's not so bad that this dude saw a potential for concern and acted on it?

I'm not gonna have this argument with you.
Nice work, by the way. Looks like you need to try harder.

Let's see, they get out of the car, open the back door of the car at the same time, put on backpacks at the same time, walk into Wal-mart at the same time. Then without talking to each other, they turn around and leave Wal-mart at the same time? Don't you think that requires a little coordination on their part?

Oh, you are an expert now on terrorist. I was just told by you and a few other people that I don't know how they think or act but you happen to be an expert.

Anyway, if terrorists were planning to blow up a Walmart, why would they go to Champagne, Illinois and do it?
Who knows.
I would think a terrorist would like to maybe strike fear in the hearts of Americans by striking somewhere that is irrelevant, or in small-town America. In all honesty, I feel 100% safer from a terrorist attack in Baton Rouge than I do in New York. And I'd feel even safer (i.e. less relevant) if I lived in Bumfrick, Nowhere.

So friends who act in a coordinated fashion are automatically terrorists?
Got it.

If I can somehow get my hands on this tape, you people (besides Cocomo and the few other supporters I have on this thread) are going to have a LOT of crow to eat. Any reasonably person who is moderately aware of their surroundings would have multiple red flags thrown up from watching the behavior of these two people.

But I think it's more than feasible. And it's certainly not absurd. Terrorists have been known to plan their shite out. So why the frick wouldn't they do it, if only to see how much attention they would garner if they walked into a WM with backpacks on..?
Coco....Wal-Mart doesn't have a labyrinth of security measures to get pass if you wanted to blow the place up. Those greeters are pretty easy to get through
I think these dudes brought backpacks into the store with the intent to shoplift, considering the time of day. They walked in, saw what they thought was store security and left.
A lot of these terrorist are suicide bombers and they wouldn't need a backpack to get their explosive devices into the store. They would strap the bomb on themselves, cover it with clothing, walk into the store undetected, and detonate the shite

Yea but NOW, according to General Lee, they aren't that rational in their thoughts.

I called the cops before I even posted on here. I was discouraged by the lack of response from them so I thought I should get some opinions on if i should then take this to the FBI instead.
Don't worry about the assholes that make fun of posting shite here.
This place is actually a perfect place to get advice on any and every topic. People who say otherwise are either choosing to ignore that fact, or are ignorant to it.

Usually friends might crack a smile or talk a little bit when walking into a store. These people had a grim, stone cold look on their faces. As an Obama supporter of hope and change, you probably live in a world where you think everyone is innocent and incapable of doing harm to others. I see things differently.

That's a little extreme.
Like I've said (and most others) it is almost 100% likely that they were just regular guys. Just because you THOUGHT they MIGHT be terrorists doesn't mean they were.
I've defended you somewhat so far, but that statement is a bit ridiculous.
