Ovalbitch can argue as many non related analogies he can possibly think of, but it's not gonna help this case.

Good one. Trophy's coming soon. I hope you don't think I lose any sleep over it. Moral victories can be fun.

But, I must concede. I don't know what you win for being right, but it's not good pussy. Eight thousand plus doesn't get you good pussy.

But you being right makes everybody win, so I can't argue that.

Ovalbitch...that definitely was a great one.

It quite possibly is racist.

I doubt the average american being able to tell apart a arab from a non-arab.

Not being able to tell an arab from a non-arab has nothing to do with wheter a person is racist, lol.

I'm not gonna read this whole thread. But I can tell you exactly what happened...Upon entering the Wal-Mart, the two Arabs quickly realized that their chances of finding Nintendo's new "Wii Kill" game, would be much better at Best Buy so they turned around and left.

Note: And as for the backpacks, I can only guess that they were filled with explosives. Probably for some sort of terrorist attack

OK look I have had it with your verbal arguments saying that this never happened and that I was stupid to act how I did. I had no real chance to get the license plate number! I was not sufficiently freaked out whenever I first opened my car door to get out to go shopping, and by the time they left the store, i would've had to run out after them. At the time, I was just relieved that an attack hadn't happened and try to put it out of my mind and calm myself down. My body was in full fight or flight mode. I was trying to convince myself that nothing happened after they left, but it kept gnawing at me so I eventually called my parents and then the cops. Sometimes, it is a natural human reaction to act "numb" after something traumatic occurs. So excuse me. Like I said, if you doubt what I have posted here, pony up the money to come to Champaign, IL and try to see the tapes.

Seriously, forget what everyone else says. You saw what you saw and if you feel it is a problem you should contact the FBI or DHS immediately and give them as much info as possible. It's not worth sitting on it asking if you are being ridiculous or not.

You should have beat the shite out of them and then went through their backpacks. Maybe it would have turned out to be nothing and you would have made an honest mistake, but better safe than sorry I always say.

Maybe in October 2001 i could've done that and not gone to jail, but if I did that, the terrorists in Guantanomo Bay would have more rights than me today, considering how screwed up our judicial system is.

General Lee, you seem to be confused. You want to say you were ready to stop it and then you say you couldn't have preemptively stopped them because of what you thought because, if you were wrong, then you would be in jail. I hate to break it to you, but the only way to stop a suicide bomber is before they blow themselves up. This would require that you do something on instinct and not on actual knowledge.

But I will say this, if I saw someone suspicious like you described, I would have reported it to the authorities as you have done. Bravo. You are a great American sir.

Easy for you to say, but for me it felt way too much like at was on Flight 93 or in Boston's Logan Airport on 9/10, 2001. These guys didn't crack a smile the whole time and they way they moved in and out, it looked like they considered themselves a team. I tried to go to bed at 2 am last night, but couldn't fall asleep till 3:30 because the adrenaline was still running through me.

Thanks, like I said, i've been at U of I for a year now and easily walk past dozens of Arab students every day and feel perfectly comfortable. I have met people from many different countries in my department, and it has been a great experience.

I wonder if the instructor at flight school ever suspected anything while teaching the terrorist to fly a jumbo jet. I wonder if he and/or his friends.... or the OT, blsted about how ridiculous it is.... I wonder how he feels now.
