That’s at least 20 to Addison from there. I lived basically at Craig ranch right off 121.

Here's the deal. When it all goes down, you have to hint here. Wedding I mean. I'm invited and will bring a nice gift. If you're worried, even Paige knows what I look like. Totally hot @ 46.

Lol I promise. I was thinking about maybe organizing something for the TD DFW baws during the football season. It seems we all reside or work in the same vicinity,

Yeah. I took it all the way to frisco Tuesday. It’s still an 18 minute drive from Craig ranch on google maps.

It was worse when I lived there and they were doing the construction on it. At night it would be one lane.

You need to go to Hattie’s in bishop arts and get the big nasty or their chicken and waffles. That place is amazing.

A little OT, but North Lake and the surrounding land used to be fairly nice recreation area. Went skiing and 4-wheeling there many moons ago.

I recall it was hotly debated whether to refresh the park, or sell it off to Billingsly which is what happened in the end.

Anyway, Coppell is a nice place to live, great schools, and it's close to the big airport.

It was a city of Irving park but the land was always owned by TXU and leased by Irving. The park closed several years ago because of poor water quality caused by the TXU power plant on the lake. And technically its in the city of Dallas so Coppell was pissed they were building apartments on the property beacuse the land is in the Coppell school district.. They finally worked out a deal w/ coppell.

We are doing a bunch of work out there right now. It’s nice, IMO.

I don’t really like Irving though (in terms of a place to live lol)

I’m also single and can’t afford a house
