There's at least a whiskey cake there now off 635
Used to live nearby in Las Colinas (still work in Las Colinas), had no idea about this. This is great - is it already open?
There is a lot of development along 635 near Cypress Waters.

You can find a nice place much closer. Even an older home in Coppell will increase in value.
Yeah, this place also still have almost direct access to 635 -> 121 so still no problem if I wanted to be in the burbs lol.
I like more options!

Yep, know the area well. We lived in Coppell before moving to Grapevine. Daughter went to Coppell High....now in Grapevine High.
How do you like grapevine high? If we're here that long I think that's where our daughter will go. We live right behind dove elementary so she'll be starting there in a 2 or 3 years.

I used to make that drive from mckinney. It was miserable both ways.

What time of day? The slowest I ever drive on Bush during my commute is maybe 65.

Yes, it's a brand new area.
Though technically in the Dallas city limits you are very close to Las Colinas and Valley Ranch, as well as on the border with Coppell (Coppell ISD has excellent schools).

Opened 3 or 4 weeks ago. Was pretty packed during lunch when we went. I'm sure it's still pretty busy. We just ate at the bar.

There's going to be a Walk On's on Regent Blvd within the next few months.

Dude. You're so close to doing lame engagement pics, aren't you

I’m talking the 121 to 635 drive and back. Between 6-8 AM and between 3-7 PM. It’s almost a 30 minute drive without traffic. I lived basically on the mckinney frisco line and it would be 45+ in traffic.

It's fine. She's doing well there. It's not overbearing on her like Coppell High. Coppell High has just too many kids.

Nah no rush there

I agree on the 30 minutes. I use Craig Ranch in McKinney as my line of furthest potential. Takes 15 min from there to get to Addison, and another 16 to get to Las Colinas.
