The whole area is warehouses pretty much. Right by the airport. Our office is close, the area kinda blows.

Cypress Waters is offices and apartments/condos. Easy access to 635. The warehouses are down and across the street. Cypress Waters is actually rather nice.

Ahhh ok. We take beltline and Bethel frequently to go from grapevine to Irving for daycare to bypass 635. Definitely a lot of large distribution buildings over there. There's at least a whiskey cake there now off 635.

It’s close to that. It’s belt line and 635 right? It’s like a mile or so from our office. Our office is a big warehouse.

You can find a nice place much closer. Even an older home in Coppell will increase in value.

Yep, know the area well. We lived in Coppell before moving to Grapevine. Daughter went to Coppell High....now in Grapevine High.
