There are hundreds of run down vacant homes in Detroit. This was likely one of those and nobody cares about saving it considering the city has been bulldozing blocks of them each year

A fire like that and the house is completely gone.
Why someone would actually think a couple of hose sprays and it will magically fix everything.
On top of the fire, the water is gonna destroy the house, and it’s strong enough to rip apart the dry wall and roofing.
They might as well let it burn at that point
