You cant make this shite up....they want your most recent pay stub but you arent eligible if you have a job

I'm reading this differently but maybe I'm a moron.
You aren't eligible if you're on unemployment. You are eligible if you have a job.
What I don't get is, why would they make someone who doesn't have a job (collecting unemployment) ineligible to have this particular job? I guess because that would mess up their benefits?

I thought I was too...I had to read it a few times...
You eligible as long as you have a recent pay stub
But you arent eligible if you dont have a job and are receiving unemployment benefits.
So the only people that are eligible are people that have an old pay stub, unemployed but not on unemployment.
Who falls into that category?
