So did the manager actually say they racially profiled them? Or did they just simply prejudge them.
Neither should happen, but unless they are doing those to all black people and not just this one time then I don't see how you can call it racist. Not without assuming something about the server.

You just blamed the victim. You just stated that black people being racist is a result of the behavior of white people.
Yet I can guarantee you will not admit that white or even police treat black people different because they commit 50% of the violent crime in this country.

But for quality service. We don’t want to reward poor service, but I get you. You’re one of the good guys in life, and suffice it to say it’s not just blacks that stiff the wait staff. There are plenty of country come to town white people that do the exact same thing, not giving shite one about the person they’re sticking it to. Not tipping your server is one of the most low rent things there is IMO. These people live off of that, and it only screws all of us when the good servers leave to pursue other endeavors because they can’t pay their bills, and what we’re left with is bad service all around.
I think it’s an American thing to fashion servers as “the help” when really good service should really be regarded as a profession, and not just “the help”. The more we regard it as a profession the more we will experience more professional service as a result of that IMO.
