A friend of mine is a fire chief and is very unpolitical and never gets involved in stuff like this. He was ripping her on facebook yesterday for being unprofessional and using her as an example of what not to do for other first responders if they have to testify.

That was it? One final question from defense? I'm surprised.

Why do the officers need to tell a stranger on the street anything?
Posted on 3/31/21 at 9:37 am to JDPndahizzy
What obligation did the cops have to tell a random bystander that medical help was on the way?
Posted on 3/31/21 at 9:37 am to MFn GIMP
that was very anti-climatic

I planned my whole morning around that? WTF?

He made his points with her. Why let her use the coaching the prosecution gave her last night to rehabilitate herself? Get her out of there.

Good point.

Well that was a letdown, I wanted defense to keep roasting her

Downvote away, but the defense hasn't impressed me very much with their cross-examinations.
The witnesses from the prosecution are dumb, but they haven't pressed them as much as I thought they would have.

This guy seems intelligent and well spoken. They should have put him on first. At least he can spell his name.

I am not reading 100 pages of this. I just wanted to you. As a cop or former cop (don't know your business) what do you think? JUST from the video you've seen.
Can you ever envision yourself kneeling on a guy like that for that long? Have you seen dead bodies? HAve you seen a person die? I ask the last 2 not to be macabre, but to wonder if a cop can genuinely not know the difference between "playing possum" and actually fricking dead?
I think Floyd must have said something or had previous history with Chauvin. Soemthing that really pissed him off.
I have other questions. Honestly not trying to picka fight with a cop, pick pick a cops brain about this. But I will wait to see if you answer.

Yeah, these witnesses are leaving themselves wide open for kill shots and it seems the defense is holding back for some reason.

What was the question? I missed it

Wait...he lived above Cup Foods and worked at Cup Foods?
Posted on 3/31/21 at 9:41 am to dragonNRG45
He said he was a full-time worker by working 5 hours a day 5 days a week? 25 hours a week = part-time.

I agree.. there was no reason for him to kneel on his neck and back etc. for nine minutes, especially when he isn't moving.
However, if that was how he was trained....
