This is incredibly fricked up that the Judge even considered letting them qualify this guy. And even if they were going to allow it, where was the actual process?, they never qualified him and then jumped right into him offering opinion testimony.
I am completely unclear why the defense isn't standing on their table shouting objections. Why are they letting this shite testimony get to the jury? WTF is the defense doing while this is going on? Are they asleep?
