Why did the jury have to leave so that the judge can tell him to stick to his "expertise"? I feel like the jury should be able to hear that the witness is giving his opinion and not actual fact.

This is a joke. Mr. Prosecutor you need to be more specific in your questions. Now, I don't want a lot of trials but this seems more than a bit ridiculous if the judge can tell the prosecutor how to ask his questions and the witness how to answer in this way.
