Insurance companies are sweating bullets right now as well. About to make businesses start purchasing RIOT insurance like flood insurance.

Nelson is going to rip apart the prosecution case piece by piece. Its going to be long but it will leave no doubt.

Kinda seems like Nelson going in dry. But I can't really tell.

Ahhh he's bringing up some points from this thread on Friday.

The Prosecutor will get another shot unfortunately. Nelson better make this closing the best of his life and leave it where it can not be refuted except on feelings.

The entire prosecution's case is nothing but one giant appeal to emotion.

The prosecution has shown they can't keep a clear direction of the case so them being forced to rebuttal their whole case will be confusing. They won't know where to start.

We're going to have replays on the media "Nelson talks about chocolate chip cookies as defense is that weak"

Chocolate chip cookie analogy was good. This closing is much better constructed and he grabs your attention. Nelson is smooth.

The prosecution has open their mouths without forseeing what might fly back in. I could see that one coming a mile away.

The state used “shimmy” in their closing remarks.

What a clown show. They would’ve lost me right there if were on the jury.

The prosecution gets to go again? I always thought the prosecution closed, then defense, and then it was over. Guess mock trial failed me

Insurance companies are sweating bullets right now as well. About to make businesses start purchasing RIOT insurance like flood insurance.

If the insurance companies decide to start doing this, I hope they also list areas like they do for floods where some areas are More prone to flooding andsome areas would be More prone to rioting and looting -you would have to pay more for insurance, if you could get it - Areas like downtown high dollar commercial and residential properties. That might wake up a few people who might agree that the issue of civil/criminal destruction of property MUST not be encouraged and promoted and actually do something about stopping it.
