quote:
Every expert witness for the State: "George Floyd never complained of a headache."
George Floyd: "Everything hurts."
It parallels the ME saying Floyd was in relatively good health minus the covid, heart disease with 90% blockage, sickle cell trait and drugs.

It's always so interesting to me to see the expert witnesses for the State parse their words and search for responses with the defense while having responses immediately ready for the State. I know they go over questions and responses during trial preparation with the State that the defense doesn't get - and that the defense will get when they present their case - but still it's interesting to me.

This guy is charging the state 25k and he is unaware Chauvin was called “code 3” to the scene?

This guy is acting like he lost 75 iq points over the break.

Frick this bought and paid for guy! Can he please let everyone know again that he’s a law professor.

A cop who shows up for a code 3 is supposed to stop and ask every cop a question before he figures out how to proceed according to this nerd

That's what is getting set up. He is going to hit this witness with the "130 hours" he has supposedly worked on this and holding the officer to the same standard when the officer had to make a decision with much less time.

All academia "experts" are fricking losers who couldn't make it in the real world.

The expert just struggled with "the arrested individual doesn't get to dictate when they go into the squad car, correct?"

This guy is unable to answer a yes or no question. He expounds, and answers a lot of shite he was not asked. He went from "on point" When the Prosecution was questioning him, to Corky the Ree ree when the defense questioned him. He is hostile.

He just struggled about whether a officer would have "some knowledge" of his partner.

Boom. Using this guy to impeach another one of the State's use of force witnesses.
Posted on 4/12/21 at 4:05 pm to MFn GIMP
Yep. "That other prosecution witness was wrong and I am right."

What someone writes in a book is hearsay?! Lol

this guy is losing his train of thought because he's not fed the answers.
