Has the prosecution or the defense brought up the number of times Floyd said he could not breathe while no one was touching
Wasn't it like 15 times he said it not being touched?

Would it shock you to hear the state is withholding testimony that Floyd passed out before cops got there?
When cops asked if he did drugs he said no. If he said yes, he would have got an ambulance ride, not death, after resisting

Judge is making his rulings on Hall's testimony

Not allowing Hall's testimony

Wait what did the judge just rule?
I could not watch last week for most of the trial so I'm a little out of the loop on any outstanding issues they're trying to settle.

makes no sense....he was there..he's a witness.....can that be challenged and overturned
or does that help the defense in a motion for mistrial or appeal?

Would not shock me. Are you saying he passed out in the truck before the cops came, and by the time they knocked on the window he woke back up?

I just caught the tail end.
I think they were discussing a video.
Hall is meeting with the Judge tomorrow not in presence of the jury.

So say hall does not testify.....what happens if the jury questions who the subject(Hall) in the video is with GF during beginning of encounter at vehicle? Does the court just tell them "dont worry about that subject"?

That would be all the doubt the defense needs to put in the jury's mind

why is GF brother testifying? Was he there?

Drug dealer can’t testify.
Not sure it matters honestly because he would have pleaded the fif regardless. He already had warrants and will most likely be jailed, what’s another 6 mos.

This trial is about emotions not evidence

Which helps the defense. The fifth protects you from self-incrimination but the general public views someone pleading the fifth as an admission of guilt.

He can’t be compelled because he has stated he will take the 5th.
Are you not watching?

only 2 witnesses this afternoon and this is one of them
What on earth would the defense have to ask this guy that would help them?
