if your grandpa was for a fact going to die in the hospital sometime soon, and you were caught holding a pillow over his head at the time he died... Do you think you won't get charged for some type of homicide?

ha! what a stretch. what if your grandpa was flailing around in his bed out of protest and the orderly put restraints on his wrists and ankles

when you consider the fact there was several minutes of not being able to speak.

Because he was being arrested...he resisted for many minutes, thus the restraint

i was responding to the difference in proning a covid pt vs proning a restrained man. never said he shouldnt be in handcuffs for his crime.

In Minnesota, the nurse who follow the doctor's orders, and applied the restraints, would be up on murder 2 charges, apparently.

How are they not?

One is performing an autopsy.

The other is reaching his conclusions.

Those are not at all the same thing or even necessarily occurred in the same week.

At minimum resisting arrest and failure to cooperate results in cuffs and hands behind back.

agreed handcuffs were appropriate. but that doesnt change the difference in a handcuffed man proned vs a covid pt proned.

You do realize he’s already on record as saying he did not review the videos prior to the autopsy, but did watch them before finalizing his report and reaching his cause and manner of death?
