This is the one thing from his testimony that I found indefensible. He was calling out breaths when I couldn't even see any movement from Floyd. At the same time I'm not a trained pulmonologist so what do I know? You have to imagine that is what the jury is thinking as well.

Just like one of the witnesses said ...you have to pay attention to the patient not necessarily go by the levels of drugs they have in their system because every patient reacts to them differently
