Then why couldn’t he breathe when no one was touching him?

Interesting about someone with excited delirium not liking glass. Wasn't part of the video of him in the back of the police car him hitting the divider?

They have completely changed their narrative to the fact that Floyd was so much of a druggie

I might have missed this, but did they introduce any evidence of this?

The last couple of witnesses the State has brought up the fact that he had a tolerance for opiods.

I will say that this is easily the best day for the prosecution so far. They have completely changed their narrative to the fact that Floyd was so much of a druggie that he couldn't have had an overdose but this has been a win for the State today.

Sort of there job. Defense will have there chance.

Absolutely. Just saying that after 8 days of abject failure the State has finally gotten a win. Although, based on these steps of excited delirium Nelson should be able to contest a number of those things. Such as the excessive strength. 2 police officers weren't able to get him into the backseat of the police car as an example.

Understood, did they present any evidence of this? I’m just wondering how you can prove ones tolerance.

"With a narcotic overdose you cease to breathe."

Ummmm, so exactly what happened with Floyd?

After 8 days of the state putting on their case, has a racial component been introduced?

Nelson better finally bring up the fact that Floyd was stating he couldn't breathe before even being put on the ground.

What about the times he shouted I can’t breathe in the back of the cop car?

If gf was cooperative and had a high tolerance to fentanyl then why was he agitated before he was on the ground?

Relevance of this? If he wasn’t teaching dc, who cares?

Apparently most people that OD do.

Floyd OD'd twice the previous month alone didn't he?

Why did this guy just compare a knee on a neck to a forearm around a neck? My knee is maybe 20-25% of my forearm.

A lot of speculative and circumstantial evidence.

His voice is getting gradually weaker, almost as if the fentanyl he swallowed 5 minutes earlier is kicking in.

Jesus, so a brief second his floyd touching the tire with his fist and then another brief second of his elbow touching the bumper means he was trying to push himself up. Literally a second of incidental contact.

That doctor might have sounded impressive to someone without medical knowledge, but to those of us who understand physiology is was a complete joke.

You can’t compress the hypo pharynx with pressure on the back of the neck. The pressure would be on the vertebrae.

Also lol at this a-hole claiming that he can count 22 George Floyd respirations a minute on a cell phone video from 10 feet away.

Unfortunately, the jury won’t be able to pick up on any of that. We will have to wait for the defenses medical witnesses. At least they go last.
