That was a terse exchange right there between Nelson and the toxicologist. I’m surprised the toxicologist didn’t have his data set more specific.

This new guy’s hairline is sus.

Being of a race least beneficial to his client.

I’m gonna guess he is a little vain, but probably a great surgeon.

Did he just say he writes prescriptions for Viagra?

I mean, he's a doctor so it's not surprising that he does just seems like a weird prescription to mention.

Seems like prosecution’s goal is a moving target. Now, it’s, yes gf was a drug addict, but he was good at it, so dc still guilty.

In his head: “don’t mention the viagra prescriptions, don’t mention the viagra prescriptions..”

Him: “I also write viagra prescriptions for the police officers.”

Nelson gave the dude the George Bush treatment.
"That's fuzzy numbers man, that's fuzzy math"

The only difference is that Nelson is actually 100% correct and George was an idiot that didn't even have basic knowledge of his platform's plan.

shite is like the bogus Covid #'s. Dude is trying to pass all the deaths of people who had fentanyl and the other drug in their system as OD's of those drugs. Even if they died in a car accident, were shot to death, heart attack, suicide. And he has no idea how they died, just that they had the drugs in their system during autopsy.

The guy's numbers that they spent all that time explaining are totally fricking worthless. I'm pissed I actually paid attention to all of that shite.

Nelson:

That dude wishes he had kept his research and slides to himself. The prosecution wish they had kept him to themselves.

I will say that this is easily the best day for the prosecution so far. They have completely changed their narrative to the fact that Floyd was so much of a druggie that he couldn't have had an overdose but this has been a win for the State today.
