Drug or Alcohol use and behavioral crisis really sets these officers up for failure.
Is this guy really opening the door to GF being on drugs LOL? Weren't they trying to steer very far away from that one?

The cop cams show Floyd didn't allow any de escalation. The police were actually easy with him trying to get him in the car. Floyd panicking , while he was in the middle of a drug overdose, is the only person that escalated the situation.
