That is such a sad comparison. I imagine he thinks Pearl Harbor was mainly a peaceful flyover.

And what justice is that?????
No laws broken, no rules broken.
Actually, I'd rather be a juror on his civil case when he sues the tits off of that goofy state and city that fired him for doing his job in the prescribed manner.
I think he's owed nothing less than $100 million and the taxpayers that voted for the politicians that took his job and let the city burn should foot the bill.

I’m assuming he was talking about the nazis? Have no idea how the actual war could be seen as similar

Solid, underrated standup. I can't wait until he starts touring again. I've seen him 4 times....should have been 5, but for fricking Covid.
That's all I have right now. Back to your regularly scheduled program.

Defense struck #39 and sounds like they will for #40.
Defense has 9 strikes left
Prosecutors have 5 strikes left

here's your "stat I would not have expected this deep into jury selection" of the day
in a case like this I would've figured the defense would've needed to use their strikes like candy... but nope... it's the prosecution that's having to use them

The defense has done an outstanding job forcing the judge to strike some of people with their questioning. They are use the questions everyone filled out in December to get rid of them this has saved their strikes.

This one's Facebook post will get him thrown by judge.

And #40 struck by the defense.

Where are y’all watching jury selection?
Posted on 3/11/21 at 3:42 pm to SOSFAN
I figured defense would have tried to get the judge to thrown that one out.
Posted on 3/11/21 at 3:43 pm to JDPndahizzy
I was expecting that myself. It was almost like the one before him that the judge struck.

I know it's just jury selection but I've been impressed with the Chauvin's attorney so far.
