So they direct examined them, then dismissed them, and they are re-calling them later for cross-examination?

The case is not about justice or even Chauvin. The blm people are looking at this as a trial about all the wrongs they have perceived in the past. This is now a black versus America case and if they don't get their way they will view it as more white supremacy.

I'm wondering in closing arguments how this will be brought up. I'm certain it will in some way, but wondering how deep of a dive the prosecution will take

They might bring Johny Cochran in for closing...

Floyd's brother said that if they dont get justice there they will get it all over America.

They basically have said " Find him guilty or we declare war" so it shouldn't be a shock when it happens.

Not sure about MN, but where I policed if a person dies from drugs, the person who sold them is culpable

Ran out for lunch, and someone else may have already responded to this so apologies if so but I looked this up the other day and a drug overdose can be considered a "homicide" in Minnesota and the person who provided the drugs can be charged.

Be honest. How much sodium and swelling medication do you think he made OJ take before trying on the glove?

I’m impressed with Nelson thus far. His cross examinations have been pretty masterful.

There has been no medical testimony whatsoever at this point. Everyone talking about what they say is referring to the various reports.

Now Court TV is showing the interview with Maurice Hall with him saying they left Texas to change their life and get cleaned. They are hoping we ignore that testimony was just given that neither one had changed .

CourtTV playing a past media interview with Maurice Hall now. Strange how he won’t speak now when justice is being served?

All kidding aside I hope everyone understands how bad it's going to get when Chauvin is found not guilty of murder. The case is not about justice or even Chauvin. The blm people are looking at this as a trial about all the wrongs they have perceived in the past. This is now a black versus America case and if they don't get their way they will view it as more white supremacy. The big cities will burn and martial law may even be ignored.

I agree this will definitely happen. Good thing I live about 20 minutes from the mountains. I’ll just get some trail mix, granola, and water and head to the mountains and wait the unrest out.

I told this to AMS last night but he said that's not a thing even with proof.
