that cop should clearly be convicted with manslaughter or something similar.
Why?

I can't even imagine the fallout if an all white jury acquits him. I think he's ultimately going to be acquitted regardless of the racial composition of the jury, but the optics of that for the prosecutors would be horrible.

It will blow up if this happens. I'm glad a Floyd family member has been there in chambers every day. Funny the media is already talking about the color makeup so far.

I as a conservative white male would do everything possible to get on that jury. Any conservative who believes in the Constitution should relish being on a jury trial like this one IMO.

That is why he will be convicted. Jirors will consider the public and their private fallout. It only takes one to vote "not guilty." Nobody dares do that.

I don't see that with the jury that is already seated especially if the woman they are questioning now gets seated. I dont think any of them have an issue saying not guilty.

#26 sounds like he ain't from around here. Maybe foreign. Of course it is Minnesota. Could just be their accent.

He sure is dancing around admitting that he already had a negative opinion of Chauvin. Defense needs to strike him.

I wasn't shocked that the autopsy that the family paid for came out the way the family wanted.

I just read that Medium article linked on page 13 and it says the same person (calling him a doctor would be an insult to doctors) who did the family autopsy of Floyd also did several other high profile 2nd look autopsies and he was able to determine a cause of death that faulted the police in all of them

He was paid to annouce the results they wanted. Can't sue for money if they just went by the states autopsy results. Want matter during the trial because it can't dispute the toxicology report.

Unreal.

Potential jury #26 has been struck by the defense. That is the 3rd of 4 BIPOC jurors to be struck from serving on the jury for the #DerekChauvinTrial

Defense strikes juror #26, a man with some sort of an accent who has lived in Minneapolis for 10 years. Says he has visited George Floyd's memorial and the site of the burned buildings with his wife and daughter. Defense has 12 more strikes to use. #DerekChauvinTrial
