Confirmed that Floyd chugged drugs in the car.

Found pills with his saliva on the floor too that were sent to a lab.

Cannot wait for defendant’s case presentation

If said cop is a shitbag, does it make him a 2nd degree murderer? That's the question here.

We solved this yesterday.

From an outsider perspective, you're not helping yourself either in what has become a playground argument.

It was better when you were sticking with "facts" but I also didn't see many links or quotations provided.

was the defense I would definitely call him as a witness and let him take the 5th..

I wonder if they will. I'm suprised the prosecution didn't offer him a deal or even full immunity for his testimony. There has to be a reason he is telling the prosecution No. He has tp know his answers would doom him and Floyd.

also traumatic asphyxia is not supported yea. positional and restrictive asphyxia was supported which is why the death was a homicide

How about the final copy? Does the ME's autopsy report even have the word "asphyxiation" in it?

Just kneeling on a neck for that long is dangerous. Now we and they can quibble over knee placement and amount of time forever. It’s got probably 20 different angles.

Toughest. And for all those pissing on “emotion” being brought in, this is all about emotion. Knowing what’s in a mans mind?? Can’t prove that without a smoking gun of Chauvin saying something stupid to someone or on a camera.

Back to the kneeling and knee placement.

You're certain that makes it "deliberate"?

Ruling this a "homicide" definitively is conjecture at best. What distinguishes deliberate from accidental so easily in your eyes? Serious question.

Maybe you misread my post. I'll try again.

homicide =/= murder. I am saying homicide occurred and the experts involved in the case agree. whether its accidental or deliberate is what the trial is for.
