25:41 last time could see him physically move

they then start checking pulse 25:55 on and off..one officer says can't feel pulse. Both those officers check. Wonder if the report says they felt one or not.

28:02 still have him down and knee on him. This will be a problem given they were checking his pulse unless they say they felt a pulse.

Did they say they found a pulse? If they continued to kneel on him for minutes without finding a pulse, that can be pretty damning.

I just see no way that all 12 people can say "yup, he's guilty."

Was the "old man" was a bystander?

Who was with Floyd in the car -- will he be questioned??

The prosecution called an expert witness in chokeholds who said he's seen multiple instances of a submission being released once the fighter is out cold and then immediately come back and start fighting.

Nothing they can do at that point if he is dead. They can’t pronounce him dead.
Mob would have attacked as well. Best they could do is let emt take him away.

Yes, but continuing kneel on him for several more minutes? Including a period of time of approximately 60 seconds when the first official paramedic arrived and asked Chauvin to let up and he continued?

(I wonder if that paramedic/EMT who made that statement will testify?)

I see what you're saying, but this is premised on Chauvin kneeling on his neck with enough force to cause Floyd to stop breathing. Doesn't seem to be the case here.

I can tell you right now, the Black community isn't going to like how they respond to riots.

So I'm not well versed in any of this ... but did the police remain on him just trying to get/maintain control of him? If I remember right, they were doing it according to department protocol?? Were they waiting for more help? I mean, paramedics couldn't have given him ativan or something to chill him out?

I guess I'm wondering what else they could/should have done if anything.

Exactly.

He's damn near carrying on a conversation for several minutes while he's on the ground. Chauvin's knee did not impede his ability to breathe.

This seems like a clear case of excessive use of force or something along those lines.

Hard to see 12 people calling this 2nd degree murder.

Especially after the medical reports come out.

Wrong. He followed department protocol. Blame the game, not the player.

Yea, but police are trained first responders. If they has been reasonably sure that something had gone wrong* with Floyd, could (should?) they not have started CPR immediately?

*Again, my original question is “Did they find a pulse or not?” If not, kinda damming. If so, then they wouldn’t necessarily have had reason to suppose something had gone wrong.
