Not a huge loss by the look of it.

Could also be a move to protect herself financially. If and when they file a lawsuit, they won’t have grounds to go after the ex-wife. I think.

She's probably relieved to be free from his autoerotic asphyxiation fetish.

That's what I was wondering.

Was going to say a way to keep part of his pension/retirement maybe, but he likely lost that with termination or something.

Not sure if trying to move the assets will work this way.

They can kiss that pension goodbye. But she could keep the house and whatever cash and assets they shared.

He might be giving her everything so they can't take anything in the law-suit.

This won't affect him. He will get way more sex in prison anyway.

I'm not a lawyer, but there is no way that's how this works.

Why not? If he were to sign everything away to her and divorce, he has zero claim to it. So a lawsuit would have no grounds to what would then be her property.

Not if he walks. And if that report is true that was posted in another thread, the possibility of that just increased.

He looked older in the video. If I were to see him on the street I wouldn't even recognize him. But the wife is below average so it's not a bad loss.

You would have idiots selling their boats to their buddies for five dollars every time someone got divorced. It's just common sense, this tactic would be way more prevalent if it actually worked.

Man it's almost as if you can't even murder a guy in broad daylight without having a load of bullshite crop up on you.
