I don't think he walks, either. But, if that medical report is confirmed and an unfavorable toxicology report comes back, there's a better chance than you think.
But, whether he is truly guilty or not, that cop is getting a drumhead court verdict, in my opinion.

I’m not a lawyer but I know someone that was convicted for felony embezzlement. He and his wife divorced before the trial at the urge of his lawyer. They stayed together and remarried a few years ago.
