From the video, apparently this teenager has a history of run-ins with the law and menacing with a gun.

Not a fan of him passing, but i must say having these issues at 16 raises many red flags about his life and future. Crazy and a shame some kids can find so much trouble at a young age. Guessing gma was his legal guardian...
