Am I reading wrong?…. It reads to me that they were all under 21 and heavily drinking at Reggie’s?
If so just send the sheriff department over there with a construction crew … board it up or tear it down and start looking for Reggie owners management and owner before the make a run to Mexico
There is so much sickness in this story…

You can be 18 in Reggie’s? Sounds like they were serving 4 out of the 5 underaged. This may likely be the end of Reggie’s once the Civil Cases are done

Yea... that happens on the regular at college bars in every town. Just how it is. You slip the bartender a $20 from the jump and a $5 every so often there after.
