You really are a piece of shite.

I understand the absurdity of it but can someone give a serious explanation of why the NAACP is representing these guys? No other organization just represents people accused of crimes regardless of their ability to pay. Lawyers do probono work sparingly and only in cases they have a strong belief of innocence or a vested interest. Why would you want your name attached to that shite?

Who are the lawyers involved so far?

Someone would have to buy all of those slums and bulldoze them and it would be quite controversial with the Gravy's of BR.

I’m not a lawyer but I would probably go ahead and call one after posting that if I were you.

Some 20 year old frat bro working the door at Reggie's does not bear any responsibility here. I am sorry.

Are you seriously asking this question?

What Scruffy wishes would happen is that the entire area of Tigerland, all of it, was purchased, razed, and rebuilt as an appropriate locale for college students.
Does that include the section 8 apartments nearby? There’s no hope for that area if they’re still standing.

I’d look into a lawyer if I were you. Also hope you burn in hell.

About 20-25 years ago the bars tried to implement dress codes that were clearly tailored to focus on that clientele. A vocal minority went apoplectic. Most of whom were people who never went to the Tigerland bars in the first place. Articles criticizing the policies as racist were front page news in The Reveille (and whatever other rinky-dink newspaper was in circulation at the time).

You need to study up on this or you will end up in jail. This isn't some new finagled woke shite, its the actual law. You cannot legally consent if you are under the influence.
