Is there an airport in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg? I thought the Siverville GA was the only one in the area besides Knoxville.
The smokies is a place i always drove to because flying involved renting a car in Atlanta or nashville to get there.

The I65 bridge over the Mobile River near Mobile is named after some obscure guy named Wilson, and if you mention that name to a local they won't know what you're talking about.
But if you call it the Dolly Parton Bridge, we all know what that is. They should just change the name.

That’s the only one, but if you’re flying commercial it is Knoxville.
One time I flew into GTK to drop off Hurricane Helene relief supplies and Dolly was taking off in her private jet as we arrived. People in the FBO told us we just missed her.
That small runway (5,500’) sees quite a bit of jet traffic.
