DENHAM SPRINGS, La. (WAFB) - Joseph Reid Copeland, a former officer with the Denham Springs Police Department, has been taken into custody in Irving, Texas, according to the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Did they stop him as he was in route to DFW?
I wonder if he would be able to fly from there with his own license. Do they put a NO Fly tag on those national ID's for someone like him.
Can you still fly with an old license and a passport?
Making it as far as Irving, then getting stopped that close would be a big downer.

The officer’s name was Joseph Reid Copeland.
Reymond D’armond award,member of Livingston Parish Kiwanis Club established the award .Personally presnted the award for40 + years before he died.
Some posters apparently read with their heads heads up their butts.
