I had a discussion with an Indian a few years ago about all the begging that goes on over there, and told him I saw caucasian guys in cargo shorts with backpacks that were never hassled by beggars the way I was. He responded, “Well, those are dirty hippies. Everybody knows they don’t have any money.”
