I have no idea the logistics of it but you think they’d mandate it for new construction at minimum.

A bucket truck? how the hell do you clip a power line unless it was already way too low? Did he not have his bucket all the way down? If it was a low power line not much he probably could do. If he was a dumbass that had his bucket up he should be fired.

It was a feed to an individual house. But it must have shorted or something when he clipped it because it somehow knocked out the whole street.

25 hours later, I’m back home with power in Moss Bluff.
