Guess so. All electric here. I do have burners, but that is all in the garage too. Have a old drip pot too. At lease the house is still cool.

Most roads in Wes Feliciana have trees and power lines down. US Hwy 61 near the state line is down to one lane until DEMCO can get out there and move lines

Fam in Lafayette reports more wind, less rain than Laura. Some trees down and extensive power outages.

I just left work to check on the house. Ambassador is clear, Robley by Lowes has an oak across the street. Verot had an oak across the street. Power poles down around Maurice.

Looked like fireworks behind the hospital with transformers going off during the storm.

You never realize how big the difference bt 70 degrees and 77 degrees is until you try to sleep without power.

Another kick in the nuts is the repeated urge to turn on the ceiling fan to get a little circulation.

Yeah that 7 degrees makes a big difference, and no wind from outside now, so can’t even open windows... I was lucky and never lost power, but I had a/c set to 65 and took my hurricane window unit and had it set to 60... it was freezing in the house
